By profession, he is an authorized court interpreter for the Turkish language, and in addition to the Turkish language, he speaks English, Macedonian and Italian. He is a member of the Association of Professional Translators in Belgrade.
She graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Skopje, and completed her master’s studies at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, where she successfully obtained the title of master of philology – master of Turkish culture and art.
In her long-term career, she had the opportunity to cooperate with numerous domestic and Turkish companies, which enabled her, through the consulting and translation services she provided, to gain insight into the needs and problems that foreign physical and legal entities most often encountered when starting business in our country, and accordingly she made the decision to found a company whose goal would be to overcome these problems, which she did in 2015, when Derya group doo was officially founded and started operating.
Maja Delić
Translator
Is a translator at Derya Group Consulting. During her secondary education, she participated in the AFS International Exchange Program, through which she spent one year in Turkey, living with a Turkish family and continuing her education in Turkish. This experience gave her a direct and in-depth understanding of the Turkish language, culture, and society, and played a significant role in shaping her professional path.
After returning to Serbia, she completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, specializing in Turkish language, literature, and culture. She began working in translation during her university studies and has continued to build her professional career in this field ever since.
She has over five years of experience in translation and has been with Derya Group Consulting for the past five years. Her work includes both written translation and interpreting, including consecutive and simultaneous interpreting. As part of her professional responsibilities, she manages client communication in Serbian, Turkish, and English, translates a wide range of documents, and provides interpreting services at meetings, within police departments, and other official and administrative institutions. She has also been involved in consecutive and simultaneous interpreting in the medical field.
Milica Perović
Assistant
She graduated from the Belgrade Academy of Business and Art Applied Studies (BAPUSS), and subsequently completed her specialist studies with highest honors, earning the title of Specialist in Applied Law.
With more than ten years of professional experience in administration and human resources, Milica has developed strong expertise in managing business processes and working with international clients. She is recognized for her precision, structured approach, and strong organizational skills, along with fluent command of the English language.
At Derya Group Consulting, she plays a key operational role in managing procedures related to residence and work permits for foreign nationals in the Republic of Serbia. She coordinates the entire process — from initial consultations and document collection, through communication with competent authorities, to the successful completion of each case.
In addition, she is responsible for daily client communication, deadline monitoring, documentation control, and internal coordination with the legal team, ensuring that every case is handled professionally, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulations.
Ivana Timotijević
Translator
She graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology, Department of Turkish Language, Literature and Culture in 2024. During her studies, as one of thirty scholarship holders of the Republic of Turkey within the YTB-TÖMER program, she attended a two-month course for Turkologists at the Ankara University. Through this program, she enhanced her professional language skills and deepened her understanding of contemporary Turkish language, culture, and academic practice.
She is employed at Derya Group Consulting as a translator. She works on translating various types of documents from Turkish into Serbian and from Serbian into Turkish. In addition to her translation work, she is responsible for daily communication with clients in Turkish and English, providing information related to documentation, and coordinating the process of document preparation and processing.
